1990s vintage jet black above knee mini dress with super sexy cutout design. Made of thin, lightweight and stretchy poly spandex. The spaghetti strap halter neckline adjusts the intensity of the cutouts and the panels over the breasts slide over however you want them. Unlined, slips on overhead. Hand washed and ready to wear with no imperfections or issues. Made in the USA. This dress is so stretchy and adjustable so measuring it is difficult and not totally necessary. It's a pretty standard US Medium that can fit a small or up to a large because it's so stretchy.
