1980s vintage bright red cotton velvet dress with large black bows at the sleeves at the waistline. Fitted bodice, dropped waist, high low gathered side sweeping short skirt. Large puffy bubble sleeves with stretchy elastic cuffs. The bodice is lined in a soft red cotton and the skirt is unlined. Back zipper closure. The fabric is thick and has no stretch, the dress is quite petite and does not have darts or other tailoring in consideration of curves and the dress could not zip on on the model (she has a 36B chest). It may have been a dress made for a small chested woman or a teen. Be sure to see the measurements to ensure this will fit as desired. No tags or labels, appears handmade but was well done. In excellent condition with no holes, stains or other issues. So unique and happy!
