Lightweight blue cotton wraparound style dress with gathered shoulder seams, fitted and stretchy elastic gathered waistline, with red trim and a large red sewn-on anchor on the skirt. Hidden side seam pockets, interior ties secure one side closed white the exterior tie closes the other side at the side. Unlined, no stretch to the fabric. This very cute dress appears totally unworn!
