1970s vintage blue and white snakeskin-esque printed lightweight and airy polyester with semi sheer polyester bracelet length sleeves. Small buttons close half the bodice, gathered elastic waistline, about knee length. The sleeve cuffs are gathered with elastic, but one sleeves elastic is no longer stretchy. Matching tie belt, unlined, some stretch to the fabric, but not much. No holes, stains or other issues and the dress has been cleaned.
