1980s vintage ultra high waisted A-line skirt with suspenders and back panel turning it from a skirt, to more of a jumper style midi dress...so cute! Midweight tropical printed Rayon. Button closures at the fitted, nonelastic waistline with an attached tie belt at the back of the waist. Fabric backing of the back, the rest of the dress is unlined with no stretch to the fabric.
