Incredible 1970s vintage ultra flowy bright cobalt blue double layered chiffon dress with matching sash waist belt. Pleated and draped plunge neckline, glamorously wide draped single layer sleeves with button cuffs and squared shoulder pads that add even more drama but these can easily be snipped out if you like. Stretchy elastic waist, wide sweeping mid length skirt with wavy hem. Slips on overhead. This dress looks beyond perfect on and I doubt it was ever previously worn, but there is one thin single strand pull in the skirt and one at the sleeve as shown in the last two photos. The drape of this dress hides any minor imperfections perfectly and it's very hard to see them in the first place. You will NOT be disappointed in this gorgeous dress!
