1990s vintage black semi sheer floral burnout velvet tie front crop top. Collared, with long billowy sleeves with pretty crystal button closures at the sleeve cuffs. The front is open with no closures. No stretch or lining to the fabric. In perfect condition, clean and without flaws. This top goes with everything!
