1990s vintage mini skirt and crop top both dripping in dangly floral and dot lace like fringe. Both pieces are unlined, and the skirt has an elastic waistband. The fabric feels like a stretchy Cotton blend, but it's an Acrylic - Spandex blend and is not slinky but it is stretchy. A few of the fringes show some minor wear but overall this is in excellent condition. I've hand washed it and it's ready to go with you anywhere this summer takes you.
