1980's does 40's black and muted red floral silk belted dress. Gathered dolman cap sleeves, nipped nonelastic waistline with matching belt. Dramatically wide sweeping below knee length skirt. Small black buttons close the front. The belt is slightly less saturated in color, the backside is wrinkled and the front has a snag in it. Both can be seen in the last two photos. No other issues or wear...this has been cleaned and is in excellent vintage condition top to bottom!
