Super cute and preppy, this late 80s early 1990s vintage blue and white gingham checkered print two piece set is in like new condition, but vintage is ALWAYS so much better! The top has elastic around the neckline, sleeve cuffs, waistline and there's a drawstring tie. The sleeves are puffy and you can wear them off shoulder if you like. The elastic within the sleeve cuffs is less stretchy than the neckline but this may be by design so you can wear the top off shoulder without it slipping down. The circle style skirt is high waisted with a massively wide sweep. The back of the waistline is stretchy elastic and the front band is solid. Both the top and skirt close with small blue buttons and are unlined.
This has been gently hand washed in cold water with vegan hypoallergenic detergent then hung up to air dry.
