Incredible 1950s vintage emerald green cotton velvet swing jacket. Heavyweight, fully lined in shiny green satin. A-line silhouette, wide collar, raglan sleeves with darts at the shoulders, welt pockets, and secures closed with huge velvet covered buttons. Amazing color and silhouette, this coat shows only minimal wear and was clearly very well taken care of. All seams are tight and intact, there are no stains on the lining or main body, sleeve cuff interiors or interior of the collar. There are a few small and shallow dents in the exterior velvet as shown in the photos. They are randomly located and small, the most is shown next to one of the buttons. The sleeves may have been taken up or out at some point as you can see there is some denting along the cuff indicating a hem. This coat is truly luxurious, glamorous, and incredibly well made in Canada. A true vintage gem!
The model is 5'8" tall with a 36” bust, 26” waist, 36” hips and typically wears small to medium sized clothing.
